A yogi dreams of complete enlightenment. I study with the earnest desire to fully realize the path of Buddha and past teachers.

However, that earnestness can sometimes turn into impatience. The illusion of claiming “I am enlightened” or “I am one step ahead” even though complete enlightenment has not yet been achieved also occurs in the world of practice. If you talk about the law but emphasize enlightenment without actual acquisition, study can once again flow down the path of comparison and arrogance.

The song “Life is unfinished” can also be taken as a metaphor for spiritual practice. Everyone lives in an unfinished state. Even as a practitioner, there are parts that have not yet been refined, parts that you do not know, and parts that you fall over. However, the fact that it is unfinished is not a reason to give up, but a reason to keep moving forward with sincerity.

Unfinished people must lean on and rely on each other. Doban is not a gathering of perfect people, but a bond of people who are still lacking but do not want to miss the path together. The relationship between lonely hearts leaning on each other, sharing strength like lighting a bonfire, and continuing to practice becomes the strength of study.

Don't be disappointed just because it's not finished yet. All you have to do is recognize your shortcomings, but don't give up, and engrave each step you take today. Even though completion seems far away, today's sincerity does not disappear. Even on an unfinished path, practice can continue beautifully.
